I’ve always been fascinated by people’s stories and what powers the decisions they make. It’s like I could see their problems as blocks to be used to build solutions.

After years of offering counsel, direction, and being a safe space for people to unpack their professional challenges at the companies I worked for. I decided to expand it to anyone who is in the corporate world, with more than 15 years of experience leading and building large, productive, and empathetic teams in fast-paced environments. Together, we can take the next step on your career path.

What is my coaching style?

Life is already hard. Coaching is about learning “what to do” and the “why” behind it. While this requires work, it doesn’t always have to be SO SERIOUS. This is where I thrive, a cross between direct and levity. Being the mirror you need and empowering you to take off your corporate mask.

Origin story

Language gives us the ability to convey thoughts, feelings, and information to others. Words can create new connections, solutions, and paths, but it’s easy to forget the power they wield. As the daughter of immigrants, I’ve been blessed to have double the vocabulary to express myself. When searching for a name for my coaching company, I wanted a word that could encapsulate the idea of a path or journey and the momentum you have while walking. The word “caminho,” a Portuguese word, captures that sentiment.

Throughout this site, you will see beach landscapes; these photos were taken in Lagos, Portugal. It’s a special place for me; a place I’ve gone to process, heal and reinvent myself. It’s the place where I always seem to find myself when I’m lost, and it gives me the legend to guide my next steps.
